When you talk about a soft sale, Lee should have his photo on the wikipedia article. The guy is just so honest, maybe too honest, and while you talk to him, he addresses every concern, before you've even asked it, the whole time saying no pressure, he's just answering questions. You get to a point where the guy is so enamored with the product, and pointing out what works and what doesn't, that it becomes a "Take my money, I don't need any more info!", but even still, he's just chatting and forming what feels like an actual friendship. And you know what? I was home after the operation, I wasn't feeling like going out because the first couple days you have to cover your head from the sun (like a new tattoo), and the guy brings me my antibiotic prescription! I'd already paid, had the procedure, but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of in every possible way. Over the next couple days, he checked in on me and answered any concerns I had. Really, you're getting more than a hair transplant, you're getting a support structure thats not only going to help you feel better "before" the procedure, he's going to talk to you any time you need afterward. The doctor is amazing, his stitches are so tiny, painless, and pretty (thats why you go to a plastic surgeon and not a hack), but it's Lee that made me so happy with the whole procedure, before, during (he ate lunch with me during!), and after.
