Eyebrow Transplants in Las Vegas
I'm Lee. If you're penciling your eyebrows in every morning, or you've got gaps from years of over-plucking, aging, or a medical condition, an eyebrow transplant is the permanent fix. It's your own hair, placed one follicle at a time, growing where your brows used to be.
Dr. Khorsandi and his team use the same FUE technique we use for hairlines — single follicles taken from the back of your scalp and placed at the exact angle and direction natural brow hair grows. With brows that angle is everything; it's the difference between a result that looks like yours and one that looks drawn on, and it's why it's worth having a real surgical team do it.
Healing is quick. You'll have tiny scabs for about a week, the transplanted hairs shed at two to three weeks (that's normal — don't panic), and new growth fills in over the months after. Because it's your own hair, you trim and shape it like the rest of your brow.

FAQ
Straight answers
Will the transplanted eyebrows look natural?
When the angle and direction are right, yes. Brow hair grows almost flat against the skin and fans in different directions across the brow. Dr. Khorsandi places each follicle to match that pattern, which is the whole difference between a brow that looks like yours and one that looks painted on.
How long do eyebrow transplants last?
They're permanent. The follicles come from the back of your scalp, which is genetically resistant to thinning, so once they take and start growing they're yours for good.
Will I have to trim them?
A little. Because the hair comes from your scalp it can grow slightly longer than typical brow hair, so most patients trim every week or two. Otherwise they behave like normal brows.
Does it hurt, and what is recovery like?
It's done under local anesthetic, so you're comfortable during the procedure. Expect tiny scabs for about a week. The transplanted hairs shed around two to three weeks — that's expected — and new growth comes in over the following several months.
How many grafts do eyebrows take?
Far fewer than a scalp case — usually a few hundred per brow, depending on how much you have lost and the shape you want. We map it out with you at the consultation.
Is this only for women?
No. We restore brows for men and women. Thinning or patchy brows from age, over-grooming, scarring, or a medical condition affect everyone.
